tripod trickery

wrong way compass!!!
One of my compasses reads 180 degrees off. If you lay them side by side one will read true north and the other will read due south. Is there any way to change the bad one? Other than that they are built very well and the price and delivery was great. Would have awarded 5 stars if the one read properly.
