Know your heart health
At first glance out of the box, thia device looks like a cheaply assembled imitation... Slip in your batteries, strap it to your left wrist and give it a go, and it takes off pumping and measuring your heart beat and rates... without warning.
Overall, it's worth its cost and would make a great gift for your aging family and/or friends!

Good book that tackles the programs lack of intuitivity.
The book tackles basic lessons in modeling and designing using Creo 3.0. Unfortunately, the program itself, previously known as Pro engineer, doesn't lend itself to intuitivity. It turns simple operations in a typical 3D modeling software, such as "mirror", into an impossible nightmare! But I digress... The book is worth its value.
