For anyone interested in the PRB Art movement genre, this is a must-have book
I was very pleased with the book, there are lots on in depth break downs of popular PRB (Pre Raphaelite Brotherhood) works of art, detail close-ups of paintings and discussion on painting technique, great book.

"Compact Affordable Sharp"
Compact, affordable and very sharp. The max aperture of 1.8 seems perfect for low light or those times when you want subject separation or the artistic flexibility of a shallow depth of filed.
The lens is very sharp and amazingly affordable, the 50mm "standard lens" equivalent of a full-frame camera.
I've shot both still and video with it and it's excellent.
Highly recommended.
