It works...

Cons: Its really really really cheap. Mine did not come with any screws to hold it together. IE screws were not included. The PC board is only loosely fiction fit into the end cap. The hard drive just floats in the enclosure. It is not secured by anything other than dangling for the connector.
That being said, I needed it just to quickly format some old drives. It worked immediately ie no problems with Windows detection, and I got the job done... for cheap. I would not recommend to use this as a long term usage external storage enclosure.
