Padlock 3 is better than orginal Padlock.
On this model if you press the cancel button it will go into standby (red LED) and the drive will spin down. On the older version the cancel button does nothing and you have to pull the USB cable while the disk is still spinning.
This is also better than the GODO (SYBA) because the unattended auto time lock is disabled, allowing applications to work with files on the drive directly. The GODO slides all over the table because it does not have rubber feet like the Padlock.

Good at this price point.
This is made of plastic with a thin stainless steel shell. There will be plastic flash mold protrusions that will need to be manually removed with a razor blade. This is acceptable at this price point.
No leakage so far with this model. The straw assembly stays well primed even when the reservoir is near empty. More expensive stuff from Loze fails to perform this well.
This will not match with chrome.
