Highly recommend
Beautifully written and presented book and the CD is really really good - highly recommend.

It's nice but doesn't keep food hot
It's a nice lunch container but it doesn't keep food hot - it's really just like a stainless steel pot - good if you're eating your food within 30 mins or so but otherwise a proper Thermos flask would be required. I thought I was buying a Thermos flask-type container but that was my mistake.
