  i dont understand why this seller, did not offer me a second chance to buy at my original bid, i had to bid twice on the same item and wait, because seller stated someone out bid me by $1.00, one bid, and then denied to pay, "not enough money". it looks more to me that someone tried to boost the bid price hoping i had bid alot more, thus making me pay more, and seller gets more. Ebay should have rules in place to stop this activity. however, if the seller gets more, so does Ebay. MONEY vs HONEST
