Miracle supplement; for me anyway!!!

I tear my skin off around my fingernails so bad that it took a couple of months to get them healed once I was finally able to totally quit picking them. My psychiatrist," prescribed" 600 mg three times a day. However you can order them online or buy them at any health food store; no prescription involved!😁
I did wonderful for a couple of months and I ran out I was doing so great (perfectionism decreased, no thoughts of gambling or using, no skin picking), it was for ut of sight out of mind. Until a couple of messages nths had passed and I started getting the compulion to pick my fingers again. And once I thought about it, so were the others. So I immediately ordered more. I am looking forward to it having gotten built back up in my system and getting my brain back home n balance.
For whatever reason my brain needs an extra boost of this Amino acid. And with the results I have I am more than happy to give it!!!
