  I ordered (and paid) on the Sunday, delivery was promised by Thursday. I'd had no tracking number by the end of the week, by which time I'd found a more suitable alternative from a reliable seller (which has long since arrived). This seller's response to my non-delivery report was to put the item back up for sale (again promising to post within a day of the sale) and to let the request time out. If you want to ask for anything more than a bargain price, you need to offer a better service.

  Package arrived a little late, the base package was fine but the tube holding the metal parts were missing ( not much tape on the top of the tube), I've emailed Evri who said they'd look into it, so currently I've got the wooden slates but not metal.
