Ok, not the way it came, but will work
As it showed up it was not usable..... Burs on all the edges tolerances weren't right... Stuck together throughout it's range.... I took it apart sanded all the sharp edges polished all the mating surfaces and applied a very light coat of Grease.... Moves smoothly clamps well.... Much smaller then it looked even though I knew it was supposed to be for a mini lathe.... I'm using it on a rod building lathe so it doesn't have to be super tight and it won't spin super fast.... All in all works well for what you pay for it
