Fix it yourself, with patience you can do it....
One week in and my machine is working perfectly. The part was replaced for an F20 trou le code on screen of my Whirlpool Duet Steam version from 2010. A water flow issue. Most of the time this is debris or socks caught in the front filter behind the front lower panel but for the very 1st time it wasn't the issue. The next thing to check is the filters behind the 2 spickets where your hoses screw onto the machine. Yes behind there is a filter you pull out with needlework pliers. Clean out with a good solvent and put back in. If that doesn't stop the error then it points directly to the valve. My valve was super clogged with 13 yrs work of hard water build up....
