People say different things about 846. Of course, you can get better custom IEMs at WAY HIGHER PRICE. Of course, There are plenty of Over-ear Headphones that can beat 846 at this price, but 846, as an on-stage IEM, worth every penny and is perfectly made. I have owned K3003i, IE800, SE535 in the past few years. The only one survived is the 535. They all suffered from overtime cable failure, only 535 can change the cable entirely, it has been accidentally thrown in washer, dryer, but it never broke. As an upgrade from 535, 846 is the one that can save you from spending more money on IEMs in terms of overall sound quality, it is the one that you can trust on its build quality and flawless design. No one regrets buying 846, and you won't be the first one ; )
