Quality plastic models
The plastic models are made of good quality, durable material with fine detail. There was minimal flashing and mold line removal needed. Overall, I am very happy with the product and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for some Napoleonic lancers

Great value, wish it was better quality
The detail and variability of the models is fantastic. My only qualms regard the flashing and mold lines as well as the durability of the plastic. I don’t consider myself to be the most careful or precise, but neither am I cackhanded nor hamfisted. But I had to throw away a number of musket bearing arms due to the bayonets or musket straps snapping apart when clipping the pieces from the sprue. It could be that it was a bad batch of polystyrene or maybe the extreme hot-and-cold of shipping weakened the plastic, I don’t know. I don’t seem to have the same weakness problems with other Victrix products.
That being said, it is still a great value and one of the lowest cost per model sets you can purchase. Especially if you can find it at a lower cost on eBay.
If you buy one of these sets just remember to be VERY careful removing the models from the sprues and be prepared to spend most of your time cleaning the mold lines and flashing off before you can successfully paint them.
