Awesome

I am a personal trainer & I've purchased 3 of these over the past year because I've given 2 of them to post injury clients. I originally bought the first one after I went thru physical therapy for a back injury & was recommended to start using one. So I started incorporating it in with client workouts & they loved it just as much as I did! The quality is incredible & can withstand even commercial gym use. Definitely can't go wrong with buying one of these!
