Not for metric starters.
I have a metric starter mated to a 1990 454 (boat).
Bolt holes in starter were 10mm, block is 3/8" so starter would have been able to move around a little causing misalignment if using these bolts.
Bolts I needed had a stepped knurling. These don't. Had to send them back.

Installed in a DJI Phantom1.1.1 (orig style center board) and connected it to a DJI mini iOSD.
Works perfectly.
