Good stuff
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Good tingle and flavor. You can do a second scoop later if you need as well. Doesn't mix well I guess because of the creatine but you just have to keep shaking it well.

very warm and great feel
The shirt is amazing in feel and warmth!! The only thing I will say is that if you done want it skin tight but it in a bigger size. I wear a large normally and found this one in a 3X and tried it on it is so comfortable and I do not need someone to pull it off of me.
Price is a bit steep, I was able to find mine for $45
