Great phine, but extremely fragile
Smaller screen phones are a dying breed. That is why people like me are willing to pay double or tripple for a phone just because it fits in a pocket. This model, however, has one major flaw - glass on the back. It is thinner than the front glass and breaks easily. I have replaced it three times in one year. What kind of idiot came up with this idea?

Excellent AC with poor manual.
This unit is amazing. My first reaction was like I encountered a spaceship from a more advanced civilization. Unbelievably quiet and seems way more powerful than the stated 9,000 BTU as it easily cools a 600 sf place even in whisper mode. This is light years ahead of any other AC I have had in the past. I only gave it 4 stars because the manual is completely useless. They spent millions to design and build a spectacular product but tried to save a couple of hundred dollars on a manual. I had to turn to Youtube to install it.
