  Not sure what happened here… I paid for the item on 2/17, the seller added tracking info on 2/23, then it just sat motionless for a week, I messaged the seller for an update on 3/4, no response, I messaged again on 3/8, no response, I finally had to open a case with eBay and they issued a refund on 3/11, the package was never received by USPS and I haven’t heard from the seller, while I hope he’s ok, I did waste quite a bit of time handling the overall transaction.
