Noise annoys

I installed this little inverter in my boat and it is no exaggeration to say I could hear the constant running cooling fan over the sound of the diesel engine. I feel misled by others reviews and totally disappointed. This product in my view it is suitable only for very noisy envirionments or where the user is unable to hear, or has significant hearing problems. A waste of money for me as I've now bought a silent alternative. I wouldn't have another even as a gift.
