  Lovely coat. The photos appeared paler in colour than it actually is but it is much nicer in reality. Well packaged, reasonable postage and good value. I am very pleased. Good communication with seller.

  Was told immediately after winning item that they had sold it elsewhere despite sending me an offer to buy it. Was informed quickly and got notified I'd be getting a refund via eBay so that was good I guess. Overall positive with the communication but disappointed I didn't get the item I won and paid in good faith for. Shame.
