Brita Matrax plus filters
Cheaper than in the shops, and buying online saves me trawling around the shops far from my village. I could get compatibles but prefer to stick to Brita Matra plus originals, then I know what I'm getting.

This book was published in the 1970s so some of the information is now out of date. For example, it states that several small meals per day are better than one big meal and that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
