It’s a big upgrade from a star adventurer 2i. It was very well packed - the mount head came in fine. Even though the packing for the tripod was very good, 2 knobs broke during transit. Not a big deal as those are easily replaceable. I highly recommend buying from Nick, his communications skills are top notch and he updates you on everything that is going on with the shipment before he sends it.

Uncomfortable
This product is rather uncomfortable. It causes my lower back to go numb if sitting in it for extended periods of time, and, if sitting on a seam, it feels like I am sitting on a plank of wood. There are metal parts exposing slightly above the couch if converted to a futon, making it uncomfortable to sleep, or even lay down on. It is a good quality material, but feels overpriced for its actual functional quality.
