Great Price for what it is!
Haven't used it much. Seems to take a while to charge. No instructions are included. Plug in the charger, red light comes on. Stays on for a while, when it turns off the battery is fully charged. Doesn't seem to be able to recharge the cell battery completely but good for quick charges or emergencies. It also had a built in led flashlight.

Does not work as pictured
The handle is not plastic. It is a heat shrink tube that has been wrapped to look like a handle. It is already torn and falling off upon arrival. The center pole does not even fit through the hole. I'm still not sure what its supposed to do, since the top and bottom pieces are welded together. The unit itself is much bigger than any bowl I have used or seen. It is about the size of a large orange.
