No strain on jack
I was using a barrel type adapter that was long and with the weight of the cable and plug, would make harsh noises whenever the cable was touched but no more since using this as it sorts out the problem without any loss of quality. Great for using large heavy cables on delicate equipment. Recommended.

Works on Mac too!
Plugged it into an old pc that runs Mac OS X and it worked out of the box. Everything connects just fine without issue. Recommended.

Stop reading about it and just buy it!
Sounds clean and open with an impressive dynamic response, I swear transients sound snappier and sharper, something I didn’t even know I was missing before. For a digital interface you would be very hard pushed to better it and that’s before you factor the exceptional price, top build quality and 3 year warranty! What’s to think about, just buy it, they should charge double!
