  Okay, I hate to be the one with bad news, but gotta be honest. I ordered a movie and it was never shipped. Asked for order to be canceled after it was past the delivery date. I couldn't because it was to late. Sent message to seller. He said he had not shipped it and I can get a refund. Another week goes by and I have to remember to ask for a refund. Finally got it. It would have been nice if they simply said they didn't have the video from the start.
