I like it; I only wish it were aesthetically better
1. It works really well on our cat.
2. It's wires/pins are very close together, so it would continue to work just as well even it loses a few wires/pins (from normal wear and tear).
3. I only wish it were nicer-looking. E.g., I wish it were made of wood, or all neutral colors (black, brown, tan, etc.), and/or it had rubber tips on some of the wires.

Works great! Like new again!
The drill works like new again. Surprisingly powerful and long-lasting battery life.

This has been charging my 14v and 18v batteries promptly and the batteries continue to hold a charge. So I’m satisfied with it so far.
