Lasts a very long time
I have worn this shaper for years and it lasts a long time. So worth the price.

Do not bother buying this product. I used all of them in one day. They were so obvious to everyone. They would not stick more than 3 minutes maximum.

Totally obvious to everyone that I was wearing something. Also, they really did not make a difference just a little. Go for the ones that have the bands, they work and less expensive. Do not waste money or time very dissapointed.
