Well organized and thorough.
Had this book decades ago but it was lost in a recent move. So glad to have found it. Recipes are timeless and foolproof.

The title says it all--your guide to cooking Russian in America.
This book was co-written by a Russian immigrant and her American husband to make Russian cooking, cuisine, and culture more accessible to American audiences--Marina's new neighbors in her newly adopted land. I find the recipes simple, straightforward, and easily adaptable to the American palate. Everything I've tried in this book has been a sure-fire success. And that's from me, a Russian-American already well versed in Russian cooking. It's my go-to resource and is a must-have to anyone who loves Russian cuisine--for beginners and experts alike. Enjoy!
