This game is pretty awesome!
Despite me getting a bit worried when the game arrived with the disc detached from the holding mechanism, it turned out to be perfectly fine. I haven't played much of the story content of this game yet, but the versus mode component is an absolute blast to play with a friend! It truly feels like that big 3D rock 'em, sock 'em robots game any giant mecha fan would want to play!

Great System, But Mine Had A Problem (Solution Included In Review)
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich The disc tray does not stayed closed by itself. Perhaps a hinge came loose when I turned it upside down and set it on my floor, even though I did set it down gently, to disinfect it after I received it. This issue prevents my console from actually sliding the laser mechanism underneath discs to read them, at least not without some help. Fortunately, I was able to get around this issue by placing my bag of memory cards on top of the disc tray to keep it shut, thus allowing it to read discs. Any relatively light object, such as a notepad or roll of tape, should do fine should anyone else encounter this issue. Despite this issue, it is ultimately a minor blemish. I look forward to finally being able to use this to dive into the treasure trove of classic titles for the PS1 and PS2 which were never released in my country!

A Must-Play For Mech Fans!
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This game is absolutely the dream-game of any mech fanatic, outside of MechWarrior. It definitely has a steep learning curve to it, what with the massive hulking controller and pedals required to play the game, but once you’re accustomed you’ll feel like you are actually piloting a hulking mass of machinery. The only major things dragging the game down are the somewhat basic story and the lack of a more diverse color palette.
