  Absolutely fab experience! I asked the seller some questions and she replied immediately. She also gave me advice about what other clothes the jacket would go with and was very honest. She knew the jacket might not be what I was after so there was no hard sell at all. I bought the jacket and it arrived 'as sold'. I love it.
