Nearly, but not quite.
Bezel doesn't line up with the 12 o'clock, not unidirectional, power reserve is no where near, 20 hours at most, crown is fiddly and very tight, apart from that, it's okay.

Good purchase.
Better than expected for the price, looks a lot more expensive, good size, has it's faults, the crown, when unscrewed, is a little loose, bit of back play on the bezel but still lines up, 43.5mm case, 12.5mm depth, screw down crown, wave effect on the inner dial, swiss logo at the 12 position, date at the 3, swiss logo on the buckle, oyster style 3 link bracelet ss, sapphire crystal, quartz movement, all in all, its a bargain

Good solid watch
Gave this 4star, it's a simple design diver, solid band without easy adjustment which would make it better, dial looks good but the loom markers could be larger, hands a good size, easy to read, bit of play in the bezel. The crown is very easy to unscrew, screw, even for my large fingers, very good, but no stamp, it's all nice and smooth, no sharp edges, quite a heavy watch, feels chunky, a good purchase for the price, needs a bit more refining, so near, produced in Germany.
