They left me a negative review claiming the item "did not fit" and were upset I don't accept returns—even though the listing clearly stated “NO RETURNS” and included multiple photos with a measuring tape showing exact dimensions. I went out of my way to be transparent and detailed, yet was penalized unfairly. Please read listings carefully before purchasing, especially when measurements are clearly provided. Very disappointing experience.
