  Heating element is a new OEM part and was still sealed in a Whirlpool labeled box. Should last longer than the cheap Chinese knockoffs. Spend the few extra bucks and get the real part. Fast shipping, excellent price, great seller. A++

  Part was new in OEM Whirlpool packaging. Used USPS for shipping which is slow, so if you don’t need the part quickly, this method is adequate. Part packaging wasn’t good, as a bubble pack envelope can’t hold up to the abuse USPS puts their parcels under. Luckily, the part arrived undamaged. I would use this seller again, but would ask for part to be packaged better and if possible use UPS or Fed-Ex. I would gladly pay the difference for either carrier to get part in a timely fashion.
