An inimitable american chef in too short a volume
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I worked with Judy at her flagship Union Hotel in the early80's and a cou[ple of brief stints at Zuni.
She was lightning and encyclopedic in her knowledge of food and degustation, a nimble teacher, and a thorough critic and intellect.
This volume is a fraction of what she held, but it is attended to as her offspring and conveys her exuberence and "paroxysms of glee" that graced her love of the art and her carrying the tradition of "serving it forth."
I've happily given some 20 copies as gifts to newlyweds and students.
