Waterproof ???? Durable ????

I paid good amount of money for what i thought was going to be a waterproof and durable cover that would have given many years of service. I was mistaken. I have used it once only over the winter period and now that I come to remove it I find that the rubber inner coating is flaking away from the outer woven material rendering it now non waterproof.as the Cloth has a open weave. This flaking off of the rubber inner lining is also occuring where the the item was originally folded when packaged. This flaking has not been caused by the cover chaffing against swing seat as it appears all over the panels. All I can say is that this item is not fit for pupose it was designed for.

GOOD VALUE FOR THE MONEY AND THEY LOOK GOOD.

These white plastic lanterns could be a very good replacement for the old white painted alluminium lanterns which the paint flakes off after a few years. If the plastic does not discolour in the sun they will end up being maitainace free and look good for many years. They are of sturdy construction and have real glass windows. You might need to remove the moulding burrs on the inside of the lid so that it locks into position easier.
