Great information for a calligrapher of any level.
I had seen this book recommended in several YouTube videos and decided that it would be worth having in my library. New copies of the book seemed to be somewhat overpriced, but this used copy sounded fine. One of the more difficult things about beginning calligraphy, at least for me, was finding different lettering samples. This book has a great deal of background and foundational information about calligraphy and also provides something like 100 different styles of lettering. Regardless of your preferences or style there will be something that will appeal to you in this book. There are also step by step instructions and other helps to make your calligraphy journey easier and more enjoyable. From a practical standpoint the book is also great as it is a hard-bound spiral style so that the pages lay perfectly flat.

Another great BodySense product.
I have been using this blood pressure monitor for nearly two weeks. I bought this because we have a SmartSense bathroom scale that I really like. I am equally impressed with the blood pressure monitor. I love that I do not have to keep track of anything. The app and the monitor automatically save all relevant info and upload it to the cloud. It also integrates with Google Fit.
