Backer board fixing washers used with rigid foam insulation - Celotex
Counter battening rigid foam insulation requires its own fixing to the rafters of the building. Without these fixings the holding of the insulation in place is left to the drywall. Drywall screws have a small diameter head, in time the insulation may "pop" the drywall through the drywall screws.
These large backer board washer disks take the pressure off the drywall screws,and hold the insulation in place. Great idea.

Bangs 5 foot posts straight in accuratley with little effort. More accurate than one of them post banger that look like cybermen. I had 40 posts do.
