Great Smartphone Holder
I've tried LOTS of many types of holders, from grill holders, to articulated arms, to these magnet types. These are the best of the bunch, and they're relatively inexpensive. The most expensive one I have is (arm type) was around 30 dollars.
These little ones by comparison are much cheaper, and work much better. Note. These ones are great. I have also purchased another type (it's black), has a much cheaper magnet, and a worse adhesive. Don't get those ones to save another dollar. These ones are the bomb!
I sanded down my 'white' metal disc, so that it doesn't have that starburst marking, so it looks less obtrusive. I'm sure a quick spray paint in black would be better. =

Tall Monitor Arm rules!
I'm really enjoying this. Quality is good. Solid metal, the arms could adjust even more (if I were to pick something finicky), but they work quite well.
I'd recommend this. Now I have 4 monitors on my system, with room for 5!
