  The diagnostic clearly says everything was successful (this means the machine WORKS AS IT SHOULD!) Our scanning patch is 2,048 individual patches. So yes, more scan time. But it was still used ONLY a few times. We stand by what we sell. And no, we did not give buyer a partial refund (he threatened a negative review for days) since the product is working PERFECT!!! Stay away from this buyer! He’ll buy and will want some kind of partial refund down the line – !!SELLER BEWARE!!
