Upon inspection someone previously tried to lever off PCH heatsink and put a very deep gouge in the circuit board. So yes faulty as described, not repairable, good for parts only. Shame really nice board. Sellers description was accurate.

The best value G1/4 fittings.
These are by far the best fitting available for the price, very stiff rotary fittings which is important with long pipes. Buy with confidence.
