Must have for home cook
I like the automatic turn on and off mode when lifting and resetting the temperature arm. Easy to read.

If you are a collector, I would recommend buying the originally hardcover book from the early 1900s.The old book is more fitting for the content.
For collectors, get the hardcover original. For the curious, stick with this one! Entertaining..
