  Seller printed the label and never shipped. When messaged they are slow to respond if they even respond at all. Twice they told me it was shipped when it wasn’t. I’ve asked multiple times for a refund and they won’t respond. eBay needs to ban this seller! This isn’t the first time this has happened looking at the feedback. Everyone has emergencies but it’s been 2 weeks since I won this auction. eBay keeps wanting me to wait on the seller before they give my money back too! Not happy!

  Due to a technical problem, this item arrived extremely late. However when the seller was able to, they responded to my inquiry. It was promised that the item would be shipped with a free gift included. I received the package and am extremely glad that I waited for a resolution from this seller because the item was even better than I expected when I won the bid. Thanks so much.

  I have not received this order and I purchased on April 23rd. They are in CA and I'm in AZ. I've reached out to seller 2 or 3 times and reported to ebay twice. I can't believe they are still allowed to sell here. I will reach out to ebay again on Wed. when they said I could. Couldn't get any response from seller. Terrible.
