I am very disappointed
I don't know what am I am gonna use them for because I wasn't expecting that. They very small, I guess it is my fault I didn't read the description. I thought they were gonna be bigger.

So far so good
August 30,2016 1st day taking Black Spider 25.
I took it around 10 am. I feel OK and I don't feel hungry at all. I will run for 30 minutes and see how I feel. I was taking Redotex because it was the only one that helped me to controlled my appetite but they were every expensive. Now I think I will switch to Black Spider 25 since it's not very expensive.

3 von 3 finden das hilfreich Yes, it is true. You get diarrea when you eat something like yogurt, cereal and stuff like that. I don't know about meat because I am vegetarian. I noticed that when I each fruits i don't get diarrhea lol. I don't know if I can update my comment later, If can I will update it and tell if it works or not. It suppress my appetite to.
