Just what I was looking for
Here is a bald cap that isn't basically a balloon you stretch over your head that's totally see through. This is opaque latex; however since it does not stretch it is sized for larger heads. I have a small head, but with some trimming around the ears and sewing in a couple of darts above the ears I got it to fit. No its not theatrical quality but all I wanted was a very costume-y bald head, and I got it.
