New shoes :)
These were bought as a replacement for the last pair which fell apart, I hope these last as long.
The first pair received daily wear for 20 years, to be honest they needed replacing 5 years ago, but were so comfortable I was loath to by a new pair, as I couldn't see that new ones would be as well made, or of the same quality.
I have now worn the new ones every day, very comfortable and well finished, I don't however think they will be as hard wearing, as while they look the same they are actually a fair bit lighter than the originals, this I think is due to a less dense sole unit, time will tell. They were also about half the price of the originals, which was a bit of a shock to be honest after all that time.
