My item arrived quickly, however I realised it was damaged and contacted them about it and they gave me a refund straight away which was highly appreciated. Would buy from again, and their communication was really good and they got back to me quickly.
- h***h (23)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Vor über einem JahrBestätigter KaufUnfortunately in this case the game disc did not work, but this was of no real fault by the seller, the item was in the condition they described and worked as far as they were aware, its just the Sims 2 discs are very old. When I notified the seller of the issue they immediately helped to see if we could find a fix and when I couldn't they supported me by supplying the link for the return. They then promptly refunded me once they received the return. Would definitely buy from them again.

Very user unfriendly
0 von 1 finden das hilfreich Bought one of these to use with my xbox one. Right out of the box the unit was well made and sturdy but that is where the fun stops. Just registering the device was a challenge with Aten website being hard to navigate. Finally after getting it registered it was time to hook up keyboard and mouse. In order to make a config you need to plug the unit to a computer or laptop and download Aten's software. The software looks easy to use but when you look into it the instructions make no sense at all so you end up just guessing what you need to do. After best part of 12 hours trying to get the device to work and several phone calls to Aten and 6 emails to what they call there HQ department we could not get the device to work.
Would I recommend the Phantom-s, No I would not, There are better devices on the market with much better support .

Retro fun
Console maybe getting on in age but the games are really fun to play with masses amount of gameplay that keeps you hooked for hours. Much prefer the older consoles rather than the latest eye candy no gamplay consoles of today.
