Not as good as previous model it replaced.
I purchased this to replace my aging Kreepy Krawler that was 10 years old. This new one does not hold a candle to the old one in terms of cleaning, maneuvering, and being able to stay planted to the floor. The performance is so bad that I as just going to find enough parts to rebuild my old one.

Not compatible with Pandora
Pandora doesn't work on iPhone or iPod. When you have phone connected with USB cable and select source pandora it does not recognize that anything is plugged in, says "no connection". I called Alpine tech support and they blamed it on Pandora updates not being compatible with their radio. They also said there was no software fix in the works for this problem.

Over priced
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Not as good as Klein , GreenLee, or even Commercial Electric...They seem to be well built but very stiff. Lubricating doesn't do much for it. They still take more leverage and effort to cut wires than the other big brand names and the problem is they are about 3-5 times the price. Not really worth it unless your just a diehard Snap-On fan.
