Brilliant Product Support from Northwood Computer Services

Less about the product than the supplier. This is probably a competent printer but I have yet to get to grips with the 200+ page manual. However, intranet connection and printing are no problem. Be advised, it's no longer supported by the Dell Warranty scheme. Northweood Computer Services supplied it. Through no fault of theirs, there was a fault on the magenta printout. They supported me and without question provided a replacement consumer part and support to fit it. Of course, I could have sent it back but at 38 kg you don't really want to do that do you?

Solid Connection

I ma impressed with this lead, especially at the price. Unlike some TOS cables it fits snugly in the TOS socket and isn't pulled out by its own weight

Good product, despatch information vacuum

This is a good amp for making a car active sub-woofer, solidly constructed. For my purposes (mainly classical music) it is more than capable of driving a 75W RMS 4 ohm subwoofer. Despite coming from China it arrived in just over a week. My only criticism might be that they did not keep despatch tracking status up to date. So it arrived before it, apparently set off!
