Best Official (non-headmaster) Perceptor Update
Best robot mode official representation of Perceptor to date. Given the age of the figure that says a lot. Transformation is complicated and fiddly. Pose-ability is decent, and the colors are perfect. The update to the alternate mode is interesting and looks like a science/exploration vehicle, but leaves a lot of kibble on the lower legs and a sizable backpack. Scales nicely with WFC figures and doesn't look out of place. Plus if you have a G1 or reissue Perceptor, he can hold those guns.

1987 in the palm of your hand.
Pros : Great representation of the character, accurate to the source material (Transformers S4 "The Rebirth"). Design holds up in a modern generations collection. Very good paint applications. All of this is valid for the entire retro headmaster reissues.
Con: The rotors are fragile.
