Great Nutrition Book
I love the fact that this book covers all basic, yet so clear concepts of chemistry and physiology before getting into the nutrients. I do not necessarily care for all the guidelines by FDA and such in all the daily values of each macronutrients. However, I like how well organized each chapter in details and all the core information. Great book for a college course.

Amazing textbook
I took A&P 1 and 2 with this amazing book. The authors did a great job putting all the information together. Each chapter is well-thought through and so detailed that I love to keep it on my field just for quick reference when needed. I absolutely loved this course, and the material was all I needed for my exams. Definitely recommend this book. As a side note, the newest 11th edition is what many Professors require, yet 10th or 9th edition of this textbook works just as fine. There is little changes to it. I used the 10th one and could not be happier with acing in this course.
